CONTRACT
These general terms and conditions, unless modified or waived by express written agreement between the parties, govern the sale of products marketed by www.titano-store.com with headquarters in Str. degli Angariari, 13 47891, San Marino and the end user. The materials marketed by the Distributor consist of new and original products.


I ACCEPT THE CONDITIONS OF SALE. 
The customer, through e-mail confirmation of your purchase order, unconditionally accepts and agrees to observe in its dealings with Titano-Store the general conditions and payment conditions indicated below declaring that he has read and accepted all the information provided to him under this agreement and the general conditions of sale mentioned here, also noting that Titano-Store does not consider itself bound to different conditions unless previously agreed in writing.

The purchase of softair weapons is allowed to people over 16 years old, only with power under 0,50 joule, at the conclusion of the order the buyer implicitly confirms to be over 16 years old. For power between 0,50 and 1 joule the purchase of softair weapons is allowed to people over 18 years old. Bows, crossbows and bladed weapons may only be purchased by persons over 18 years of age. Titano-Store reserves the right to ask for an identity document or the tax code of the buyer in order to verify the age of majority. Titano-Store is not responsible for the supply of false personal details. The supply of false personal details is liable to be reported to the competent authorities by the company.


METHODS OF COLLECTION/DELIVERY 
Orders are placed online through the choice of material. The contract is concluded at the time of confirmation of the order by us for the chosen material.
Titan Store can only accept orders with collection of goods made at its headquarters directly by the customer or by third parties in the name and on behalf of the customer. The withdrawal on your behalf by third parties can 'be made by courier BARTOLINI or SDA with the costs indicated in the section DELIVERY / WITHDRAWAL MODALITIES on the site or by another courier of your choice.

DELIVERY AT HQ: The goods can be collected at TITANO STORE, 13 Angariari Str., 47891, San Marino by phone appointment at the scheduled times and days.
WITHDRAWAL BY COURIER: The withdrawal by courier is made in the name and on behalf of the final customer always at the headquarters of the company. For each order placed on the website, the costs for collection on behalf of the Customer are indicated in the "COLLECTION/DELIVERY METHODS" section and are explicitly highlighted when the order is placed. The Customer shall pay for the goods using the method chosen when placing the order.

The delivery times of the goods ordered are purely indicative and may vary due to force majeure or due to weather conditions, traffic and road conditions in general.

The standard delivery of goods to the courier will take place every day, without holidays, from Monday to Friday. No responsibility can be attributed to TITANO STORE in case of delay.

When collecting the goods, the Customer is obliged to check: -that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated. that the packaging is intact, not damaged or altered.also in the closing materials (adhesive tape). Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications, must be immediately contested, by affixing WRITTEN RESERVE OF CONTROL specifying the reason for the reserve, on the courier's proof of delivery.


OUR PRICES AND GUARANTEES All prices of items in the Titano-Store catalogue are inclusive of taxes and therefore the final price to the customer excluding only transport costs. Prices are per piece as specified in the online catalogue.

Tax Receipt will be issued with the goods, for economic operators the invoice can only be issued on request and for orders over € 500.00.

The product images are indicative and are provided by the manufacturers. The features and functions of each product are given in its description. Any new versions of products may have small aesthetic but not functional differences.

The products covered by the contract are guaranteed to comply with the specifications set out in the product sheets and to be consistent with the international standards currently in force. Any complaints must be reported by registered mail to our selling company located in via Str. degli Angariari, 13 47891, San Marino, within the terms of the law.

ASSISTANCE 
The products are tested and checked at the time of packing by our technicians. However, if an item purchased has a defect on delivery, the customer must contact us by phone within 2/3 days of receipt of the item and send it back to our premises for verification. After verifying the actual malfunction (due to a factory defect) we will return the item to the customer in perfect working order. Transport costs for the return are always borne by the customer even if the object is covered by warranty. Titano Store offers 60 days of free assistance regarding manufacturing defects of low cost ASG rifles (over 100 euros), and not for damage caused by misuse.

As for batteries and chargers included in the packages of rifles, are gifts from manufacturers, and therefore are not covered by any warranty.

All cheap plastic rifles and pistols (costing less than 100 euros) are considered toys, have no spare parts and therefore no assistance is possible from the technicians.

Once the free assistance expires, a service will take over.

Labour costs are €15.00 per hour.
The cost of collecting and returning goods is always borne by the customer

BANK TRANSFER; we remind you that San Marino adheres to ABI Italy and therefore the transfer must be made as Italian.

The order will be placed in preparation once the credit to the current account has been verified.

CASH ON DELIVERY

Titano-Store is not responsible for any fraudulent or illegal use that may be made by third parties, credit cards, postepay or paypal upon payment of the products purchased. Titano-Store is not able to know the Purchaser's credit card, postepay or paypal number at any time during the purchase process managed through the interface of a provider of financial intermediation services.

CAUSES OF FORCE MAJEURE AND PRODUCT REPLACEMENT. Titano-Store assumes no responsibility for inefficiencies due to force majeure such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and / or lockouts, earthquakes, floods and other similar events that prevent, in whole or in part, to implement the sales agreement within the agreed time. Our company shall not be liable to any party for any damages, losses and costs incurred as a result of the non-execution of the sales agreement due to the aforementioned causes.

ASSISTANCE and RETURNS
The products are tested and verified at the time of packing by the technicians. However, if a purchased item presents a defect upon delivery, the customer notifies a defect or problem within 2/3 days of receiving the package, he will have the opportunity to notify the shop to report it.
In the event of any return, repair, modification, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
The transport costs for the return are always charged to the customer even if the object is covered by warranty.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
The interested customer must prepare suitable packaging for the product.
Once the return has been received and checked, the customer will be contacted to confirm receipt of the returned item.
The article will then be delivered to the supplier of origin for control and verification regarding the guarantee.
Any tampering or repair attempts attempted by the customer will invalidate any type of warranty.
Goods subject to return must be sent together with the original packaging.
The package must contain all the elements with which the goods were delivered.
After verifying the actual malfunction (due to a factory defect) we will return the perfectly functional item to the customer.
Titano Store offers you 60 days of free assistance regarding manufacturing defects of low cost ASG rifles (over 100 euros), and not for damage caused by misuse.

In the event of failure of an article or due to manufacturing defects during shipment, the warehouse may decide not to ship the chosen article. The customer will be contacted to replace the item or, at his choice, will be issued with a voucher of the relative value, to be spent on future orders.

Return and reshipment shipping costs are however at the customer's expense.
For the return modalities it is possible to agree by phone directly with the Company.

BATTERY WARRANTY
Batteries and chargers are not covered by warranty.
They may burn out or stop working for various reasons not related to a defect in the battery itself (power surge, electrical conflicts, system problems).
For this reason, they are all tested before shipping.

FREE BATTERIES
The batteries included in the economy rifles are complimentary from the manufacturer, so they are not tested by technicians and are not covered by warranty and/or replacement.

BATTERY HANDLING
Remember not to discharge the LiPo pack below 3V per cell or overcharge it above 4.2V per cell.
The unused monthly pack will lose approximately 3-5% energy.It is necessary to keep an eye on the battery, because during a very long rest period, discharges below the minimum acceptable value (3V per cell) and irreversible chemical reactions may occur.
which can deteriorate the properties of the pack, including permanent damage, and in extreme cases ignition.
An unused LiPo pack should be approximately 70% charged.
 
When used correctly, the lifetime of LiPo packs averages 500-700 cycles.
An important aspect is the temperature at which LiPo packs can operate. Unlike other batteries, LiPo cells can withstand low temperatures well. However, they should be charged at room temperature. To maintain the good condition of LiPo batteries, balance them when charging with the service plug,
which most LiPo packs have (a good LiPo charger has a built-in balancer).

PRIVACY 
Pursuant to current privacy legislation, the End User also declares that he/she is aware of and approves the fact that the data provided will be entered into the "Titano-Store Customer Database" and may be used for promotional, commercial and sales purposes as well as for statistical purposes through consultation, processing or comparison or for sending editorial and/or promotional material. The End User also declares that he/she authorises Titano Store to communicate and/or disseminate the data he/she has provided and entered into the database to other companies provided it is for the same purposes for which it was collected. The interested party expressly enjoys the rights established by EU regulations (for example, to request and obtain the updating, correction, integration or cancellation of their data).

DISPUTES
In the event of disputes, the parties reserve the right to access the courts with jurisdiction over the territory of the Republic of San Marino.

MODALITIES OF WITHDRAWAL/DELIVERY
Titano Store makes its shipments every day from Monday to Friday via SDA express courier, BARTOLINI express courier and GLS express courier. The delivery of the goods to the customer by the courier is expected (generally) in 24 hours from the departure of the goods, and 48 hours if it is the islands or areas difficult to reach. 

PLEASE NOTE:
FOR DEPARTURE OF GOODS WE MEAN THAT THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED IN THE HANDS OF THE COURIER AND THEREFORE WE CALCULATE THE 24-48 HOURS OF DELIVERY In fact, after having placed the order, the accountant must ascertain that payment has been made (if it is a cash on delivery payment), the customer will be contacted by phone for confirmation before the departure of the goods), so 'the order goes to the warehouse, once ready is processed and the customer is forwarded the email with the tracking code of your order.

PLEASE NOTE: 
Shipping costs are charged to the customer, including any returns, modifications or repairs.
Upon delivery of the goods, the customer must ensure that the package is intact, undamaged or tampered with, otherwise it should be withdrawn "with reserve", and check for any damage to the goods and / or missing. In the event of such problems, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.

SHIPMENTS ABROAD
Shipping costs for shipments abroad (excluding Italy) may change after the validation of the order according to the weight and volume of the products purchased and according to the shipping tables provided by the courier.
