Description:
The Kinju series includes 7 blades suitable for right-handed users: four Deba knives and three Yanagiba knives, available in different sizes suitable for filleting both raw meat and fish. The essential style of the Japanese blades combined with the simple black handle creates a minimalist and impromptu effect.
