Description:
The Kinju series includes 7 blades suitable for right-handed users: four Deba knives and three Yanagiba knives, available in different sizes suitable for filleting both raw meat and fish. The essential style of the Japanese blades combined with the simple black handle creates a minimalist and impromptu effect.

The Yanagiba knife, thanks to its long blade with asymmetrical sharpening, allows you to cut the meat of the fish in a single rapid stroke, using a "pulling" movement from the bottom upwards of the knife.


Lama:
The blades of the Kinju series are composed of a high carbon steel with asymmetrical sharpening that ensures an optimal and straight cut. Thanks to the extremely precise processing of the edge, maximum sharpening of the blade is achieved.



Handle:
The handle made of reinforced laminated wood guarantees a pleasant sensation during cutting thanks to its hexagonal shape. The wood used is natural and of high quality treated to be water resistant.
