Authentic reproduction of the machine gun designed in 1940 when England was isolated and needed weapons to oppose the German forces. The Sten machine gun is a reliable weapon with a particular design, easily recognizable thanks to the magazine on the side. A feature that led it to be used by troops transported by air and by the European partisan forces who needed reliable, cheap and concealable weapons.

The name STEN is an acronym derived from the names of its two designers, Reginald Shepherd and Harold Turpin, and the name of the site of the Royal Small Arms Factory in London, Enfield.

The Sten machine gun used a 9 x 19 cartridge, compatible with the German ammunition standard, so that the soldiers could also use the captured cartridges from the enemy forces.
