SUPERFLEX FILLETING KNIFE 15 MARTINS (620016)

This fillet knife has been remodeled in both appearance and features based on the classic model. The handle is made of heat-treated Finnish birch. The surface grain applied to the handle with laser technology gives the surface a very rough texture, ensuring a firmer grip on the knife. The handle is coated with a protective wax. This blade length is suitable for processing fish of about 1 kg.
