SUPERFLEX FILLETING KNIFE 10 MARTINS (610016)

This fillet knife has been remodeled in both appearance and features based on the classic model. The more flexible blade makes it perfect for preparing perch. The handle is made of heat-treated Finnish birch. The surface grain applied to the handle with laser technology gives the surface a very rough texture, ensuring a firmer grip of the knife. The handle is coated with a protective wax.
