The fillet knives in this series have a Martef coated blade that allows it to move extremely smoothly through the fish, allowing you to easily obtain cleanly cut fillets. In fact, the Martef coating reduces friction to almost zero, also protecting the blade from corrosion. The textured rubber handle and finger guard ensure a firm grip even in difficult conditions. This blade length is suitable for processing larger fish.
