DELE 800 12C27 HELLE KNIFE (C381800000)

The Dele is an outdoor chef's knife designed and crafted to withstand the rigors of outdoor cooking while still looking great. The name Dele has a double meaning in Norwegian: it means both "to divide" and "to share."

The 12C27 steel blade has a shape that is halfway between a traditional European chef's knife and a Santoku. The ergonomic curly birch handle is inspired by the wide handles of traditional Helle outdoor knives and offers a comfortable and secure grip. The knife is equipped with a leather blade guard.
