Description:
The Seki Magoroku Redwood series is made with typical Japanese characteristics with a very resistant stainless steel. They are knives with a mirror polished blade, with both symmetrical and asymmetrical blades and have stability, balance and sharpness as common denominators.
Its aesthetic combines a minimalist shape with a traditional Japanese shape. The handle is made of redwood pakka wood, which is sturdy and moisture resistant.

Lama:
The blades of the Seki Magoroku Redwood series are made of 1K6 carbon steel with hardness grade 58 (± 1) HRC. They guarantee long-lasting cutting performance and excellent sharpness. The asymmetrical sharpening, typical of Japanese blades, minimizes the friction between the food to be cut and the blade, obtaining excellent cutting precision.



Handle:
The handle in the traditional chestnut shape is made of pakka wood. The narrow and tapered handle towards the blade is pleasant to grip with the addition of precious resins to the wood, which make the material very resistant to use and humidity. Blade and handle are connected by a solid black shiny plastic collar.
