LEVENHUK LX700 HUNTING LASER RANGEFINDER (LVN-81416)

Levenhuk LX700 Laser Rangefinder is a compact and lightweight device that measures distances and angles, as well as calculates the speed of moving objects. It is characterized by fast performance, low power consumption, and high measurement accuracy. It can be aimed at targets of various sizes, both large (such as buildings or trees) and relatively small (such as flagpoles or small wild animals). This device can measure distances up to 700 meters.
The optics provide a 6x magnification, so the rangefinder can also be used as a classic observation monocular. The rangefinder has two modes of operation: a single distance measurement mode and a scan mode. In scan mode, measurements can be taken continuously, which is useful when you want to measure the distance of a moving object, for example. There is also a flag detection mode, used to measure the distance of a single small object within the field of view. The instrument quickly locates it and emits a vibration when it has fixed its position. There is also a slope mode. In slope mode, all measurements appear in real time.
The instrument is powered by a built-in rechargeable battery that can be recharged via the included USB cable (AC adapter not included). There is an automatic power-off function, which allows you to conserve battery power. Although it is designed to be held in the hand, the instrument still features a 1/4" thread that is useful for mounting the rangefinder on a standard tripod and providing greater stability to the instrument.
Please note: During operation, IR (infrared light) illumination may be detected by cameras and camcorders as well as other similar electronic devices.
