The Impact 4000 Rail mounted ballistic rangefinder from Vortex is the ultimate tool for range acquisition and real-time ballistic calculation, usable with any weapon and optic. Since it has been designed to be mounted on a slide above the scope, the shooting information is available during aiming, for an immediate and very high quality experience.

The device has a detection distance of over 3.5 km, has integrated temperature, pressure and humidity sensors and a compass, the possibility of quickly manually recording the direction and intensity of the wind, or acquiring all meteorological data via the GeoBallistics® app, which uses data from the nearest weather station.
Furthermore, the integrated GeoBallistics® Solver system has immediate and always updated access to the ballistic tables of the main calibers, as well as the possibility of recording customized data.
The union of these functions allows an immediate and extremely accurate calculation of the shooting line for maximum shooting precision at a distance.

The Bluetooth remote control included in the package applicable to the gripped part of the weapon allows you to navigate the device menu without taking your hands off the weapon and remaining in the shooting position.

Through the GeoBallistics® app, the device can be associated with third-party sensors to have even more accuracy in the detection of meteorological data, such as digital anemometers.
