SNIPER BOLT ACTION M40-A6 DARK EARTH ARES RIFLE (AR-MSR026)

The M40 variant of sniper rifles had a long lifespan in the United States Marine Corps, dating back to 1966. The rifle has undergone many changes over the years, mainly to update features as firearms technology advances. . The M40A6 is the latest and greatest in that quest to improve the venerable M40 rifle.

An upgrade over the previous A5 variant, the M40A6 has a completely different frame featuring a full-length modular rail system, expanding the potential for mounting and positioning shotgun accessories. Further improvements have been made to the ergonomics of the rifle with the integration of a pistol grip and a fully modular stock with adjustable cheek and firing length. The stock folds up, which when paired with the shorter barrel of the A6 allows the rifle to be packed in a bag for long rides and trekking.

The ARES M40A6 in true Airsoft recreation of the real thing. It features the same modular rail system, modular adjustable folding stock and improved ergonomics. The rifle sports a full length 20mm Picatinny top rail, ideal for all types of optics. Internally the shotgun features a high power spring system making it a terrific choice for any playing field.
