AIRSOFT PARTS SILENCED PISTON HEAD (ARP-HP-TICH)

The silent piston head is made of EN AW 6012 T6 duralumin on the CNC machining center. Nine holes are drilled on the front side. The airflow flows through these holes during compression thus expanding the O-ring which ensures better sealing of the gap between the piston head and the cylinder.
The silent piston head is equipped with a pneumatic brake. The brake cuts off the flow of air before the piston head hits the cylinder head. Closing the airflow creates an air cushion that ensures a damped impact of the piston head. This will significantly reduce noise and reduce the dynamic shocks transmitted to the gearbox.
Silent piston head installation requires experience in the function of airsoft guns. Above all the AoE (Angle of Engagement) must be set correctly. This means that AoE must be performed with a compressed air brake and a gap of 0.5 - 1 mm between the cylinder head and the piston head.

The Silent piston head can be combined with "Silent head" or "Cylinder head - CLASSIC".
For a long service life, it is recommended to use only for the following applications:
DMR - Spring force up to M150, semi-automatic trigger only
DMR - Spring force up to M140, semi-auto or full-auto shooting with cadence up to 8 bb / s.
Spring force up to M120, semi-automatic or fully automatic trigger with cadence up to 15 bb / s.

The silent piston head is not suitable for high-cadence guns.
