Specna Arms J-Series™ CORE™ rifle replicas are primarily made of durable nylon fiber-reinforced polymer, making the replica lightweight and comfortable to use. The pistol grip, receiver with forend with gas tube shroud, gas tube, gas curve and front sight are made of polymer.
The most crucial elements, such as the barrel mount, dummy bolt carrier, rear sight, front mount, barrel and front sight are made of zinc alloy and aluminum. The dust cover, safety, trigger guard, stock foot and rear QD swivel are made of steel.

The quick spring change system of the J-Series carbine replicas allows for quick and easy adjustment of the replica's power to the conditions expected on the playing field without the need for access to a workshop or a set of special tools. Once the gearbox has been pulled out of the body of the replica, the process of changing the spring literally takes a few seconds - all that is needed is to pull the rail together with the spring through the opening in the gearbox frame.

The replicas are compatible with most magazines from Cyma, JG, E&L, Bolt, using magazines from other brands may require some modifications.
J-Series™ airsoft replicas have an ORION™ V3 Gearbox which is characterized by its high stock reliability. The mechanism is ready for further tuning and cooperation with the M140 main springs.
