Nylon fiber-reinforced polymer is used for the barrel, floating front, slide and enlarged SF stock, as well as the pistol grip. Aluminum alloy and ZnAl were used for the barrel, flame suppressor, enlarged reload handle and manipulators. All the screws, the pins, the cartridge ejection window and the dummy lock are made of steel. Markings and serial number have been applied to the body.
The replica has been mounted very well, the user will not notice any play between the lower and upper body. The use of the lightweight body and front made it possible to reduce weight, making it perfect as a replica for CQB's dynamic games. In addition, the nylon fiber reinforcement makes the construction more durable than other polymer constructions.
The airsoft rifle features a quick spring replacement system, ESA ™. This allows for quick and efficient adjustment of replica power to anticipated battlefield conditions without the need for access to a workshop or a set of specialized tools.
The replica has been fully adapted to work with LiPo and LiFe type batteries. The kit also includes an M90 spring, which allows the initial speed to be reduced to ~ 300 FPS, thus making the replica perfectly suited for short-range or indoor operations.
