With the standard grit HORL® diamond grinding wheel, you can achieve a very good sharpening result without water in a short time. The industrial diamonds used are suitable for steel knives of any degree of hardness and guarantee effective and precise results. Furthermore, the micrograph obtained by them is comparable to the "factory" sharpening of a high-quality German kitchen knife. There will be no need to replace the standard grit HORL® Diamond Wheel when used correctly.


After using the standard grit HORL® diamond wheel, the ceramic deburring disc can further refine the knife for even finer sharpness. The built-in grooves smooth the blade and at the same time collect the dust residues resulting from the sharpening process.



The sharpening angle of 20°, allows in a short time to make the knife sharp again and to give stability to the blade. Thus the tool will remain sharp for a long time and will be perfect for making any type of cut in the kitchen. The ceramic deburring disc also stands out in the outdoors, giving the pocket knife blades stability and excellent sharpness for everyday use.

The sharpening angle of 15° allows you to obtain a filigree sharpening, designed for the finest Damascus or high-quality carbon steel blades. These types of blades can be finely honed while retaining their stability.

The powerful built-in neodymium magnets and HORL® silicone holder allow you to securely fix the knife while sharpening. Thanks to the non-slip effect of this particular support, even small blades can be sharpened to the desired height, constantly and reproducibly.
